Having a CPA background gives him an in-depth understanding of the financial transaction processes involved in real estate, corporate governance, business growth and succession, and asset protection.
Bill’s expertise in handling all phases of commercial transactions and his meticulous attention to detail are widely recognized and respected. In his spare time, Bill is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys exploring the beautiful Idaho backcountry while horseback riding with his wife, Dena. As an “angler and a wrangler,” he finds his relaxations in hunting, fishing, camping, and motorcycle riding the Idaho countrysides.
