Bill has guided clients through the legal processes of all types of business-related transactions and is an experienced litigator.  He has a vast knowledge of corporate governance, counseling on the appropriate business entity, preparation, review, negotiation, and closing of complex contracts and documents, buying and selling assets, real estate or business interests, mergers acquisitions, shareholder agreements, operating agreements, buy-sell agreements, vendor service agreements, employment agreements, and general business planning.

During his 20-year career at HP Inc, Bill provided support to a diverse stakeholder group as well as strategic counsel to managers on issues of asset purchases and sales, service delivery, financing, cross-border deals, supply chain, channel relationships, contracts, risk mitigation, collections, equipment leasing, government regulations, and software licensing.

In his spare time, Bill is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys exploring the beautiful Idaho backcountry while horseback riding with his wife, Dena.  As an “angler and a wrangler,” he finds his relaxations in hunting, fishing, camping, and motorcycle riding the Idaho countrysides.
